Being a member of High Voltage gives you exclusive access to stock notifications, special promotions and sales whenever we restock your favorite items! Members also get access to the forums earning the ability to interact and communicate with their fellow collectors on the site, share their latest pulls and find resources to make sure they are making the best and most informed purchases anywhere on the internet!
What are the payment options?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. We are also working towards adding payment plans and additional payment options in the future so if there is a payment plan you would like to see added please email us at Highvoltagecollectables@gmail.com.
What is your return policy?
All board games, toys, binders, and protective supplies are returnable for a full refund within 3 business days of delivery. All trading card items including Pokemon, Yugi-Oh, and Magic the Gathering are only returnable in their original shipped state. If the shipping packaging is opened or tampered with in any way we are unable to process any returns or refunds. This is to prevent any possibility of resealed and weighed/swapped packs in the return. We guarantee that all of our TCG items are factory sealed and untampered so this policy ensures all our customers have a fair chance at all the greatest pulls. Thank you for your understanding.
